TFX industrial power supplies are power units in the TFX12V form factor for low-profile systems and compact industrial enclosures. Their elongated design supports Slim-Desktop concepts where height, installation orientation, and airflow guidance are predetermined. In industrial applications, TFX power supplies are an appropriate option when traditional PC power supply formats, such as ATX, cannot be mechanically integrated, yet power delivery should still adhere to PC standards. Variants with 80 PLUS Bronze or Gold certification are often available to reduce energy losses and support thermal management in slim enclosures.

Depending on the TFX model, features such as active PFC (Power Factor Correction), efficient power conversion, and comprehensive protection functions are available to ensure stable operation in 24/7 environments.
