Leveraging this efficient architecture, Advantech introduces the compact Edge AI HPC system, AIR-420, and the Micro-ATX industrial motherboard, the AIMB-523. Both support dual 64GB DDR5 5600 ECC, PCIe Gen5, broad TDP ranges, and Advantech’s software suite consisting of GenAI Studio, SUSI API, and DeviceOn. The AIMB-523 is a high-performance Micro-ATX motherboard engineered for next-generation edge AI and 3D inspection workloads. Powered by the AMD EPYC Embedded 4005 platform, it delivers robust computing performance, PCIe Gen5 expandability, and high-speed DDR5 memory support. Designed comprehensive I/O includes up to six 2.5GbE ports (two with PSE), and extensive eight ports USB3.2 connectivity plus one vertical USB 2.0 port.
