APLEX provides different processors for separate applications requirements. The high performance PhanTAM-9C equipped with Intel 11th Gen. core i processor and has just received Taiwan Excellence 2024 reward by having all the extraordinary features. Meanwhile, we have launched the PhanTAM-8B series with another processor platform - the Intel Celeron J6412.

Compare to PhanTAM-9C, PhanTAM-8B is the entry-level of our food-grade stainless steel panel PC solution. It is perfect for high hygiene standard usages that comes with true flat front bezel and ultra slim front frame design. It maintains rugged yet lightweight by SUS304/ SUS316 construction features.

Outstanding waterproof functions for absolute high hygiene standard

To make it through all the hygienic cleaning in food automation, PhanTAM-8B is total IP66/ IP69K-rated to resist high pressure and high temperature water jet. It comes with waterproof cover for wireless antenna to prevent water ingress and bend damage. Besides, with M12 connectors and hygienic bolts, it attains seamless design with integral molding. Moreover, the hygienic bolts are FDA-certified! Combining anti-bacteria, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation, wide range temperature resistance from -20°C~60°C (for option) and more features, PhanTAM-8B is easy to clean and is well suited for applications like food & beverage, clean room, pharmaceutical factory, etc.

Specifications of rugged PhanTAM-8B

PhanTAM-8B equipped with 2 x USB 2.0 (8-pin), 1 x COM (8-pin), 1 x LAN (8-pin), and 2 x optional blank I/O ports for 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.2, 1 x LAN, and 1 x COM. For expansion slots, it supports 1 x full-size mini PCIe slot for 4G/5G, 1 x micro SIM slot and 1 x M.2 E-Key 2230 for Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth module. Besides, it provides 1 x M.2 B-Key 2242/2280 for SSD storage and 1 x SO-DIMM up to 32GB DDR4 3200MHz (260-pin) for system memory. In addition, RFID is also an option for PhanTAM-8B. It makes contactless operation easier and much more hygiene.

PhanTAM-8B supports DC 9~36V power input, various mounting methods, including VESA mount for wall mount, desk mount, optional floor stand and swing arm, etc. For operating system, it runs on Windows 10 IoT ENT LTSB and Windows 11.

PhanTAM series is extra rugged and durable due to the optional explosion proof film. It can avoid screen glass rupture and improve glass strength. Therefore, PhanTAM series is perfect for food factories that has extreme temperature changes and intense daily cleaning routine.
